When finishing up the rear bumper brackets I decided to replace the cheapy carriage bolts on my bumpers. Took a trip to my local hardware store and found stainless ones that were similar.

Also found a cheapy ebay engine damper for a Nissan S chassis. I cut the mount and had a friends dad weld it the the strut bar housing. It does absolutely nothing but it gives it more bling bling 😀

Which I got the idea from this car.

Since the dash was out again I figured out I make an A pillar bar with some extra steel I had lying around. Not functional but it helped to ziptie the dash harness to since it was just hanging and to tidy it up.

I got major flex from the steering column since I had to cut the lower mount off but got some ideas from friends and finally got to it.

Made a simple mount that goes from the brake pedal bracket to the steering column.

Cutting my spare column to form a Frankenstein one.

After this it is SOLID as f*ck. Don’t know why I was so lazy to do this.

Make some better rear bumper brackets last week that I finished up yesterday. They bolt to the same spot for the US bumper.

Drive side fuse box bracket was easier than I thought. Just got some boxed steel and make some cuts and drilled some holes.

Such a simple looking piece that worked perfect.

Found someone selling a SE trunk emblem for the right era of the E7 Corolla. SE meaning “Special Edition”?

Should look nice cleaned up and re sprayed.

Please excuse the shit welds. I needed to have some kind of bracket for the kick panel fuse boxes to be grounded so might as well have something to hold the ECU too.  Still need to start on the driver side, going to be a little more tricky.
